What does SubAddons Estimate, Quote & Invoice Builder do?
It creates formatted estimates, quotes, and invoices in the active Google Doc. The sidebar also manages client records, reusable templates, line-item CSV exchange, and a local invoice register with payment status and balances.
Where is my data stored?
Drafts, clients, templates, invoice records, and browser-saved settings are stored locally, separated by billing account. Some selected preferences can synchronize with the account service. Invoice register data and payment history are not sent to SubAddons billing services.
Can I reuse my own templates?
Yes. Save, load, duplicate, import, export, and delete reusable templates from the sidebar.
Does it work with any Google Doc?
Yes. Open the add-on from the sidebar of any Google Doc you can edit, then insert the proposal without replacing the rest of your document.
Can I import pricing from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Import and export line items as CSV, including SKU, units, discounts, custom fields, and totals.
Does the add-on export a PDF?
The add-on inserts the formatted document into Google Docs. Use Google Docs' built-in download or export options to create a PDF; there is no separate PDF export button in the add-on.
Does the invoice register process payments?
No. You can record invoice status and amount paid, and the balance is calculated from the total and amount paid. The add-on does not collect payments or process transactions. Invoice records are stored in browser storage, not in a cloud invoice ledger.
How does billing work?
SubAddons Estimate, Quote & Invoice Builder is one flat plan: $4.99 billed monthly, or $44.91 billed yearly — a 25% saving over paying monthly. Every new user receives one 30-day free trial with no payment method required. After the trial, choose Monthly or Yearly. Checkout, receipts, and subscription management are handled securely by Paddle, our payment provider.
Can I cancel or switch between monthly and yearly billing?
